In my late 30s, as a father and busy professional, I knew I needed to change how I approached fitness. Lifting heavy for size wasn’t practical anymore, so I shifted to a more balanced routine focused on strength, conditioning, and mobility. I Incorporated resistance training, HIIT, functional exercises, and sprinting to stay lean and strong. Nutrition became my foundation—whole foods, full-fat over low-fat, and focusing on ingredients rather than just calories. Most importantly, I learned consistency: showing up, even when it’s hard, is the secret to long-term success.

By varying my workouts and constantly pushing myself out of my comfort zone, I’ve not only stayed in shape but also continued to grow stronger and more resilient.
